@dansup @pixelfed woah. that puts it into perspective. I guess Reddit is bigger than Twitter, so Reddit shedding users creates a massive wave of demand for fedi solutions

@dansup @pixelfed Maybe. There needs to be a professionally "feeling" instance out there. Lemmy is okay but the UI is clunky, spaced awkwardly and the experience isn't *too* inviting. It can work, but the 'reddit-clone' part of the fediverse needs more maturation.

@dansup @pixelfed I have to admit this is my first time hearing of misskey. is it another twitter-like, but targeted at a japanese audience? that would make sense (twitter is huge in japan) but I just want to make sure I have that right
