Also this means that everyone on a brand new post-Nov-1 server that runs Mastodon 4.0.2 has the option to move to Hometown for their software and get that sweet local-only posting and more :)

@darius :da_la: I can't wait!! I had plans to migrate to Hometown back in October, but the Twitter situation then the release of Mastodon v4.0 put the kibosh on that. X)

lol I just did a word count on the release notes for Hometown v1.1.0 and it's 1,300 words long

@darius This is pretty tempting-- as an admin of a smaller host, having local-only messages is pretty appealing. (The world doesn't need to know when I'm working on the disk cache or whatever, right?)

Will you be updating the migration docs and so on as well? It looks pretty straightforward at least.
