@bernat I think one part is missing: In a company, UX says “needs to be changed” and the devs realize this. In a Free Software project, there are no paid devs and the devs that are there all have their own plans. To make it easy to contribute, the project must be structured in a way that UX people can make their changes themselves. @humanetech @tyil @blacklight

Arne, if only that was the case!

There is almost always an uphill battle to get a UX improvement made. Not always of course.

Yes, 100%. I am not suggesting that designers take-over or dictate what gets built.
