@EU_Commission hmmm.. “zero tolerance” never actually works. I worry that undermines this. Of course no one should be having any sort of alcoholic drink then driving, but given many other foods and drinks can trigger a non-zero reading on a breath test how will this be realistically implemented?

If there is an accepted level in breath test the it’s not “zero tolerance”, meaning your pitch here is a little misleading.
