@ScottishGreens The tech might be great and the idea desirable, but you *have* to think how you funnel people in towards them.

My gas boiler died 6yr ago. Within 10mins I was onto the Worcester-Bosch site, clicked a few buttons and had several local fitters beating a path to my door within a couple of days..

Currently all mentions of grants shift the effort onto customers - https://www.homeenergyscotland.org/funding/grants-loans/ says I need a cuppa + 45mins + work it out myself.

I wonder why it isn't happening??
