@humanetech On the other hand it's very hard to find stuff in the Fediverse "timeline history" while you can do full-text search in Matrix-rooms.

But both are tools for communication. We have Wikis and Blogs for publishing information.

Forums are somewhere in the middle.

@hexmasteen my frustration is more related to: Who should do the work to transfer this stuff to the most appropriate channels.

My experience that - even when it'd be most beneficial if everyone involved gave attention to that - it is usually community facilitators or the most dedicated contributors (think 90 / 9 / 1 rule.. the 1% most active people) that are left to these boring and time-consuming chores.

In another branch of this toot I mentioned an idea that can offer help.
