Plant diseases can cause terrible losses and disrupt our food chain. 
 
We welcome the political agreement reached this week on revising the Plant Health Law to ensure: 
 
🌷 Increased phytosanitary guarantees,  
🛃 More transparent temporary import derogation procedures, 
📝 Streamlined reporting obligations and reduced administrative burden. 
 
The new measures will bolster our defenses against new plant pests and better protect our forests and landscapes.

@EU_Commission make sure that it’s not just more red tape, unnecessary paperwork, and regulations that are strangling #European farmers. They are protesting vehemently against the #EU’s insufferable policies. Think carefully before you make any more mistaken decisions. #farmers #protests crazy #environmentalists aren’t really earth focused. They destroy artwork and major in foolishness.
