@Gargron Might also be worth seeing if the suppliers can offer any "low volume post production customisation" so, for example on clothing, instance admins could then promote their instance url on the back "and order from the official Mastodon store" (with % profit split) or they can bulk order them through you (for ™️ reasons as the official supplier and tm owner)
