@toebeans @feditips Yes, even by mistake - if you don't realize how this works and mention somebody you specifically don't want in the chain, they'll now be able to see the messages they're mentioned in.

Additionally, server admins/mods can see DMs.

The only good use of DMs here (and on other similar platforms) is to establish a more secure way to communicate (like Signal)
