Here's an idea to fix American capitalism. Every year that one or more people are billionaires, the Federal government holds a lottery.

Every person is automatically entered in the lottery a number of times equal to their net worth. If you're worth $35,000, you have 35,000 entries. If you're worth $5,000,000,000, you have 5 billion entries.

Whoever gets picked - is killed.

If there are no billionaires, there's no lottery that year.
