@EU_Commission but where are the rights?? This just have a list of 4 conditions that the rights should be applied to, but no rights is listed in this page:

europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/

What am I missing??

Also the 4th condition is peculiar:

> If you have not already received benefits (compensation, re-routing, assistance from the airline) for flight related problems for this journey under the relevant law of a non-EU country.

Which means it does not apply on EU countries

@EU_Commission have you tried booking seats for Interrail tickets? Have you tried booking something in the polish railway site? Trying to plan a railway holiday with two kids turns into a nightmare of confusing and unclear messages, broken or non existing English translations, I don’t have enough space to fit my complains in here. Then you look at the plane for same destination and it’s 17 euro and bookable with one click.
