@dansup There are only Martian drugs if there is Martian life.

Drugs are all complex molecules built by genes in cellular machinery.

People could make new drugs in labs there, but no more easily than they can make the same molecules on Earth.

Maybe there's some you can only make in a lab in zero-g. Space-station might be the best bet for new designer drugs.
