@workingclasshistory Sadly these 'extrajudicial executioners' still walk the streets, protected by "law" despite the mounting evidence that they can act this way whenever they want, or feel they can get away with it. What kind of person can this example attract to these positions? The diefication of this profession needs to stop. The accountability has to increase. The citizens aren't done with this yet.
