@darius i think about the Anna's burrito as well sometimes, partly because i now live in the planet's burrito capital and wonder how well it would measure up to my current very high standards.
i also think about the sweet potato + pecan pancakes at the deluxe town diner in watertown, those were legit fantastic, though probably simple to replicate. hmm...
