@feditips I have. The desktop version of Mastodon is a mess. I can't stand it. In general, most apps these days aren't meant to be displayed horizontally, but vertically, like on a phone. Office tasks on a PC or laptop and the rest on a phone.

@feditips It's the only way I access Mastodon.

Because unlike other client options, I can change the instance on my server and get more features! :)

@feditips Webapps are a save way to make me not use a service.
They are generally worse than any mediocre native app, even when done very well.
I have seen one webapp so far that was not completely horrible (Firefish). Still, it was bad enough that I didn’t want to use it.

I'm not sure it's the same thing, but using firefox I can put any website on my phone's home screen as a seperate icon. This saves a lot of store space of my internal memory (I've got an old phobe and the internal memory is small by today's standards). It works very well for me this way.

@feditips Could you tell me, can I use peer tube to upload songs the same way as I do on YT? It looks a lot more complicated and I could do with some help!!
