:pixelfed: Account registrations on https://pixelfed.social are closed until further notice

It's grown 500% (MAU) in the past few weeks and is struggling to keep up.

I'm sorry I have to resort to this. The mobile app, new https://pixelfed.org, https://fedidb.org redesign and https://fediverse.info updates have kept me quite busy lately 😅
