@dansup great job! If boosts are going to start appearing, can you add an option to not see boosts?

I think it’s important to have control over our feed and boosts re basically others deciding for you what you should see. I think it would be great to have the choice to see them or not.

On Mastodon itself that’s an option.

@dansup does this now allow uploads from the app? I’d vote no on Instagram features like ‘stories’- make it about the pics again. Thanks for the efforts

And another question: how come a post made through #pixelFedapp don't show up on Mastodon?

@dansup I don't see a Pixelfed app in the play store. Is it only web based?

@dansup i hope u can fix the aspect ratio issue present on the mobile pixelfed apps. pictures now get a compulsory square crop as far as i can tell, yet even after doing so some of the posts still get black bars for unknown reasons. this crop also seems to cause a huge compression/quality loss to the images posted.
