A new EU humanitarian air bridge flight took off from Belgium for Egypt, carrying essential aid to support the people in need.

Another flight departed from Dubai.

In total, almost 115 tonnes of assistance supplies will reach the Rafah border crossing point.

This brings the number of EU humanitarian air bridge flights for Gaza to 8.

We also quadrupled our humanitarian assistance to over €100 million, aiming to enable our partners to continue their humanitarian work.

@EU_Commission thats very nice how about sending soldiers to defend civilians being slaughtered by the apartheid regime. Let tanks fight tanks, well trained soldiers against their equals. What is happening in Gaza is Genocide!

@EU_Commission While we're at it, can you publicly condemn the genocide and ethnic cleansing that Israel is enacting and has been for a long time?

@EU_Commission is UNRWA in charge of receiving and distributing said aid? Because it's gonna end up like those irrigation pipes you also paid hundreds of millions of european money for - turned into weapons by the Hamas and used against civilians yet again.
As per an UN Watch report:

And also the US Congress:

Nice that the 115 tonnes of assistance supplies will reach the Rafah border crossing point, but will the EU also ensure that it arrives in Gaza, where the people need it?

Or will it stay at the border point?
