@Janetgunter that's great! I was told to expect to feel extra tired after the first session. I'm really interested to hear if you have any information or contacts to help with ascertaining what improvements I'm making. I did 6 sessions then took a break and (thanks to numerous conditions and issues) I cannot tell. I went with a charity too and loved the feeling of support.

@autoperipatetikos I was told that cognitive function is usually the first to improve after 1-5 sessions, and that progress with fatigue usually only happens after more. But I know people who have felt immediate benefits. And some say they need to keep it up to sustain. Others seem to have lasting benefits. Sorry not more scientific!
