Europe is a place where diverse cultural and religious identities are honored.

Respect and tolerance are the founding values of our societies.

Therefore, we must stand up against anti-Semitism and anti-Muslim hatred, whenever we encounter it.

We are stepping up action against hatred through additional funding and reinforcing action across a variety of policies.

@EU_Commission Great words. Except that the definition of "antisemitism" needs to be revised as to not include criticism of the state of Israel, which should not be seen as different from any other state, even though no other state makes the claim of being the sole representative of a religious group.

I would wish it was so.

Yet, it sees more like wishful thinking. The reality seems quite different, and worsening (#migration)

And our politicians and governments are often irresponsibly playing their destructive games to undermind these great values.

Europe is becoming a more hostile place, that I am not particularly proud of.
