I think I'm gonna stop caring about #pixelfed sadly.

The android app is so laggy, unresponsive and uses a design language that has been outdated for years now, it's the only icon that hasn't enabled the pixel icon theming on my homescreen too... It's really not designed for android at all I assume

The explore tab is full of the same 5 accounts for me and I'm on the biggest instance that doesn't federate with threads that I could find.

The alt text editor crashes the app for me.

The platform it is doesn't really translate well into desktop use and it's clunky there too.

The dev is a great guy and I am really rooting for pixelfed and the other platforms be is building but I cant bring myself to actually use it because it's void of any content that interests me and cumbersome to use too... Sad
