At this point posting visibility seems to have caught up with current time. As mentioned the problem coincided with Twitter API problems. Both start and ending, so maybe not simply DDOS.

Also a strange aspect. Most affected was the Home column. Local and Fed timelines seemed fine. Postings appeared in Profile column but not Home. Followed member posts appeared in their profile timelines. Only Home seemed to be affected.
