Will future generations ever see a polar bear?

Tigers and polar bears are only a few of the wildlife species in danger.

The time to preserve all the endangered species is now.

Our biodiversity strategy for 2030 is a comprehensive, ambitious and long-term plan to protect nature and reverse the degradation of ecosystems.

Our plan is clear: to put Europe's biodiversity on a path to recovery by 2030.

Together, we can create a brighter future for all species!

@EU_Commission they won't but most would only see one in a zoo now and I'm uncomfortable with that anyway. Why not ask if they will hear a frog or eat a fruit or see a butterfly or know what a bird looks like because that is more where we are at right now. #ecosystem #collapse

@EU_Commission Sitting here in Budapest Hungary in March, my three year old girl still has not seen a serious snow. She sees and reads cartoons and stories about making snowmen, but she's never had the chance to.
