It's certainly refreshingly healthy to not have peer-reviewed research papers denied by a "troll" on social media. Though to be fair, in the context of air pollution - the facts are usually ignored.

The individual that lies in the "anti-reality" movements has less of a social effect than the big lies spread by the anti-clean air fossil fuel lobbyists. They're not specifically anti-clean air or even anti-climate change. They're anti-not making money.
