The hub idea is interesting. There's an idea for the delightful project to have some kind of PubSub + Review solution, a fediverse app.

Until then we keep #delightful lists in repo's and they are picked up by https://delightful.club CI for rendering as html.

Have unfortunately no time now to elaborate.
