@dansup Thanks! I did see that feature in the settings, although the actual "alt text" input when posting a picture is a bit too hidden imo in the advanced settings. Enforced alt text though is something that Pixelfed has and Mastodon doesn't, which I appreciate.

@dansup That's a good choice, this way you'll encourage more instances to pop up! Imo it's better to have many smaller instances instead of few bigger ones, things will scale much better.
