So what *web-based* Pinboard alternatives are y’all using?
(I’m familiar with Raindrop, but I’d prefer something that runs in any browser on any web-enabled device, without requiring other apps or browser extensions. I miss the simplicity of bookmarklets.)

I understand why so many people are focusing on how weird (in a bad way) some politicians are, but I really don’t like how it’s now turned into an implication of “weird = bad”.
I love lots of weird stuff. Maybe I’m sensitive to it because I was teased for being “weird” in school – when bands like DEVO, who fully leaned into weirdness, were my role models – but people who use “weird” as an insult have historically been the kind of people I don’t want to associate with.

@dansup @pixelfed I remember many years ago when Instagram still had a photo map feature, it was a great way to find cool stuff nearby (people told me they looked at my photo map all the time to find good pizza).
I appreciate your openness to feedback, thanks for doing so much to make the Fediverse even better.

@dansup @pixelfed Heck yes!🎉 A photo map has been at the top of my Pixelfed wishlist! Can’t wait to see these pizzas mapped: https://pixelfed.social/NickSherman
I am very curious though: What data is used to place the items on the map? Will you finally start using geotag metadata from uploads? And/or allow location to be set with specific coordinates?
The current situation for assigning vague/arbitrary/ambiguous place names has left me wanting for more, for several reasons.
