Steam Corporate the biggest gaming platform continues to break laws and now there’s almost nowhere else to get games because Xbox and PS5 give up. The law needs to update.

Steam sells Steam Decks in EU to the millions of Europeans. Steam should be in the list and should be demanded to follow the rules.

We know they don’t offer content moderation, there’s no management because Elon controls it while the CEO is the scapegoat, dark patterns in Elons banking agreements to give money should be looked into, there’s no advertising transparency we bearly know who these companies are and who they represent. Data can’t be accessed which is obviously because of Elon trying to make profit.

@EU_Commission almost 2 years and still no votes about letting them join the EU. That should be more important than common laws about removing encryption or spyware from you.

@feditips the problem is the person owns the server and blocks you, the report button doesn’t work and have to reply to admin to over see the problem. You’ll also encounter alternative methods that bypass the block feature and make the problem worse. The block button is not the answer to trolls or bots. There’s needs a PSA to mastodon developers to solve theses issues.

@EU_Commission or you could just use electric heaters and instead use electricity from solar power to power the heating. Then you won’t have to use Russia oil or gas and cause problems. Time to leave the old fashioned way, we now know gas heaters do harm human health and the old machines should re removed.

@EU_Commission you forgot popular gaming platform Steam which is owned by Valve. You guys are fighting them in court for Geo-locking and already fined the 5 game publishers for making deals with Valve.

Steam is the same as Apple. You can’t download anywhere else. You can’t buy products anywhere else without making an account with them. Publishers are unwilling to sell games anywhere else. Valve is gatekeeper of games.
