Since 2020 I’ve been working on the Subscribe with Google to help publishers build sustainable revenue streams. I spent 10 of the 12 previous years at WSJ, Gannett and NYT, in various design and engineering leadership roles.
I have taught a series of courses at Cooper Union, enabling designers to use the internet as an artistic medium, starting in 2008, and at Yale from 2020-2021. 
I have a wonderful wife and two kids; we left Brooklyn after 17 years to return to Pittsburgh.
