A large metallic conical sea-shell sculpture sat on a beach. The sculpture is about 10 metres from the waterline. Part of the stone sea defences can be seen to the right, jutting out to the sea. The sculpture was made as part of The Mythic Coast project (conceived by Stephen Broadbent) which is linked to the ongoing sea defence works in Cleveleys.
