@Ruth_Mottram I like the idea, but sharing data at all scales seems to be overly optimistic about how easy interpolation and stochastic simulation are. One size fits all may be good enough for a first cursory look at the data, but not for science.

Or am I over-interpreting what they mean by sharing data at all levels and scales?

@VictorVenema Well I think it's aspirational - but perhaps with levels they mean relative processing of raw data rather than different resolutions?
