We have stood up in unity and solidarity to regain our energy independence, cut Russian fossil fuel imports, and support Ukraine.
This was possible thanks to the efforts of EU citizens and companies embracing #REPowerEU.
In one year, we have diversified our supply, scaled up renewables, and saved energy to rapidly move away from Russian fossil fuel imports.
Our job is not done, but we are more resolute and united than ever, and better prepared to face next winter.
