@dansup I can see the intention was supposed to be good but a screesnhot, that's like putting Ro in a difficult position, like it's pressuring them to when surely you saw his response back to you.

If I gave criticism to a dev of a large project about something, like transphobia in the project and that dev screenshots their interaction of me a trans person and posts it to their 10k+ following as in wanting to work together with me.

It's going to bring out more transphobia onto me, and it may not of been the dev's intent, but I'm going to not feel fine at all from that. Actions, and the effect are louder than intent. And it matters more than anything with a large following in the mix.

I get where you're coming from, but he made a public post about Pixelfed, so I feel like I need to address this in an open and transparent way.

A few days ago I posted about a secret meeting with NDAs, and later deleted it, which was a mistake.

If you think that I'm putting Ro in danger by my post after considering what I said, let me know and I will remove the screenshot.

I want to work with him, and if not, I will drop this and stop mentioning him.
