Domestic pets curled up in a comforter works well. "Comforting" + blocks out some of the noise

it’s limited here. Luckily I’m not in a big city & my present cat does not care.
But sure enough, some have invested in #fireworks. This is a quite affluent neighborhood.
I feel sorry for all emergency staff in hospitals, understaffed as they are in this country they receive lots of stupid accidents a night like this.

Unbelievably there are even pet owners who do fireworks. WTF?

But this is not the only proof that considerable parts of our societies don't even know the feeling of empathy. There is nothing like this inside their brains.
