From 8 cores to 36 cores processing power, let's see how the new database server holds up. Hopefully everything will be much faster from now on, but it should also give me a bit more room to scale horizontally.

@Gargron in my experience running databases, RAM can make an even bigger difference, or faster drives, depending on the database. Should look for telemetry were the blocks are.

Fingers crossed! I can also see that some people have moved to smaller instances (me included) to take away a bit of the load (at least that was my reason, can’t speak for others). You tripled your users in a mere four days, that’s a lot to take care of.
