@Mastodon Just curious: why does the pay depend on location? If two DevOps engineers are equally skilled, why does it matter where they live? Why can’t their time be valued equally?

To be transparent: I always find myself in the lower bands when I apply for roles like this, and I’d love to know why for once. Ta!
