@sivy @sysop @nolan also there is a thread about "what sort of specs do I need to run a server of size X" on the mastodon-admin mailing list, which is usually dormant but recently not lists.ffdn.org/wws/arc/mastodo

A machine with 4GB of RAM was barely sufficient for ~130 logins per week. And even then, it went down occasionally.
