@dansup @pixelfed I hope for those bug-fixes, because this latest beta is horrible and mostly unusable.
By going to settings and want to change something in the profile app force closes without any traces in the logs.
No dark mode, no media download option, no gif playback stopping option, hashtag follow/unfollow doesn't work, no auto unhide media marked as CC and many, many more issues are present there. Such app state should be considered as an early alpha, instead of beta. Imho.

Just a few questions, not bugs, I think
- Is the option of being able to post videos excluded due to dev time or due to loops being the video platform soon-ish?
-are stories abandoned?
-are black borders on photos cropped in the app intended or is that just me cropping outside of the apps set height and width maximum value?
