Vaguely apropos, one day in the recent past, on a road trip, I went on a random 10 minute rant describing the whole spectrum of power rings to my wife.
Now, when I become self-aware of being on the verge of or having started a lecture to my wife on some topic esoteric or arcane, I interrupt myself and ask her, "Would you like to hear about power rings?" And we share a laugh.
