@krl With these symmetrical , the thousands of transformations are executed one after the other. The algorithms do not match the type of parallelism that modern hardware offers.

There are newer algorithms for IFS where thousands of points are transformed one iteration at a time step parallel. This fits perfectly with the hardware architecture of modern graphics cards. I experimented with this in 2023. Simple structures to generate the point cloud. No symmetry. A photo provides the color.
