@feditips a question: does "filtering" posts do the same thing?
I mean, once I've seen a very triggering post from a friend and I had no option to mute it apparently because I wasn't tagged and didn't engage yet but I wanted to get rid of it from my tl completely and hide possible replies so I clicked "filter this post". seemed to work
what exactly does it do? can I unfilter a post later?
