What I meant to express is that as one ages in general all kinds of abilities decline and that makes it ever more essential to take that into account in digital services for this group of people.

Age is not the criterium, as these disabilities of course are found in people of all ages. But I took my parents as example, because here I witness it the most.

And more elderly grew up without this tech, while the younger generation learned to cope with it from birth.
