Haha, I must create another trade marked acronym, IANAPS™= I Am Not A Planetary Scientist 😀

Forgive my ignorance, but "planetary sciences" sounds about as vast a topic as the universe itself. By "specifics" I meant something like, "the forces holding together the two blobs of Arrokoth" or "how to find new trans-Neptunian objects using star occultation" something to that extend, but maybe COSPAR capacity building doesn't get down to such details?
