@drmaddkap I'm a Brazilian Law student and I liked your approach.
But I think it'll not work against health insurance companies. I think they will deny the payment under the justification of their own medical board, whom can't be accused of practice of medicine without a license because they're indeed a doctor (a bad one, but still).
