users, do you think this will work?

1. I set up a Mac virtual machine on my always-on Windows machine
2. I sign in with my Apple ID
3. I run the server
4. I install AirMessage on my Android phone
5. I can send/receive iMessages through my phone.

What do you think? Would this allow me to use iMessage without owning an ?

@drmaddkap Alternatively, if this doesn't work, you can also use an iPad to send and recieve iMessage messages. You don't actually need an iPhone for it. You won't be able to send SMS messages from the iPad alone, but the rest of your family is already on iOS, so that's a nonissue.

@drmaddkap it should as long as you get iservices working on your hackintosh vm, which iirc needs spoofing a serial number in opencore, it's not too hard most of the time, i did it when i ran hackintosh

@drmaddkap You seem to have succeeded, congrats! Some time ago, I tried something similar, but for another reason: I wanted to parent-control my daughter's school iPad without having any iDevice myself. It kinda worked, but the controlling part didn't, and I couldn't figure it out. So I wanted to ask: how did you setup the virtual Mac? Did you use some script? If so, which one?
