@Gargron Thank you for taking the time! There's nothing ~inherently~ wrong with something fun like #caturday trending. But it ultimately limits information flow if it's taking up a top spot. If a top tag becomes just a catchall that everyone appends simply to get noticed, it might as well not even be a tag at all

I would argue that cats will always be popular on the internet, especially on caturday. So maybe some algorithmic magic could surface newer, rarer hastags that seem more event-specific
