@Gargron @leechgeek Can I hijack the drama conversation to say... The idea of hiding profiles for people who aren't logged in, might not be such a bad addition? If I ever served a Mastodon instance exclusively for a small friends group, I might really like that feature.

But I also think the ability to lock down a profile and its posts (a la Twitter) might be good for harassment targets too... Just a thought
