There's so many images posted without #captions. It is really easy to add them. After upload press 'Edit' to add them for #a11y sake.

@humanetech it would be really cool if this could be done as an *update* after posting without deleting and redrafting; it could be a separate post in the same thread that clients can optionally "merge" into the original, maybe?
