Equal work deserves equal pay.
And equal pay needs transparency.

One year ago, the EU Pay Transparency Directive was approved, bringing us a step closer to equality.

This is particularly important for women, who still earn less than men for the same work.

These rules will help end pay discrimination by ensuring:

@EU_Commission Who defines equal work though? For certain industries it's easy to measure, but for others, it's significantly harder to determine what equal work means.

Is there any info about how big salary ranges can be on job postings? Can the employer just write 1-10k eur? Couldn't find anything concrete in the directive here eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-conten
