I do pin the post, it's pinned all the time, but I'm not sure if people see it or notice it. The official Mastodon apps don't show pinned posts at all.

Most donations only happen in the day or two after the post appears. They don't really happen after that.

If I want to cover my monthly hosting costs I have to re-post this once a month. (I have the websites, the Mastodon instance and the PeerTube instance to cover.)
